Quick Help for Every 3D Question

For all production processes, we preferably work with STEP and IGES file formats.

For 3D printing, STL, OBJ, and 3MF files can also be used; however, the data quality must be verified to ensure accurate production results.

If you are unsure which file format to submit, feel free to consult with us. Don’t worry — we review and verify your data before production and provide feedback if any adjustments are required.

We work with a wide range of materials depending on the selected manufacturing method, including plastics, resins, and metals suitable for CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding, and industrial mockups.

Since material selection varies based on design requirements, mechanical properties, surface finish, and intended use, we do not limit ourselves to a fixed material list.

If you are unsure about the most suitable material for your project, we are happy to assist you during the quotation stage and help you select the optimal material for your application.

Achievable accuracy depends on the selected manufacturing method, material, and part geometry.

For example, in metal 3D printing, we typically meet ISO 2768 medium tolerances. However, we are able to evaluate and accommodate different or tighter tolerance requirements depending on the application.

If your project has specific accuracy or tolerance expectations, please let us know during the quotation stage so we can review the requirements and propose the most suitable production approach.

We provide Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Additive Manufacturing (DFAM), and mold design support to ensure the most efficient and reliable production of the final part. Our goal is to optimize designs based on the selected manufacturing method while maintaining functional and aesthetic requirements.

We also offer file repair services prior to production when needed. Any required repairs or modifications aimed at improving final part quality are performed with customer approval.

All process steps and proposed changes are clearly communicated and shared with the customer before proceeding.

Lead times vary depending on the part complexity, production method, material, and project scope.

Each project timeline is discussed and defined in collaboration with the customer to ensure clear expectations and an efficient workflow. We are able to support both urgent production needs as well as long-term, contract-based manufacturing projects.

Our approach is to provide the optimal cost–benefit balance, tailoring the production plan to best meet the customer’s technical, timeline, and budget requirements.

We do not have a minimum order quantity requirement. We understand that manufacturing needs can vary significantly from project to project.

Whether you require a single prototype, a small batch, or pallet- or truck-load production volumes, we adapt our manufacturing approach entirely to your needs.

Our production strategy is driven by the customer’s requirements, ensuring flexibility across all order sizes.

After production, all parts undergo quality control and careful packaging at our facility before being shipped.

For international deliveries, we handle all customs clearance and documentation, ensuring a smooth process. You can simply focus on receiving your parts at your doorstep — we take care of everything else.
